Random Products Inc. Customer Text Messaging

About the program
These terms apply when you separately choose to receive text messages from Random Products Inc. at the mobile number you provide. The program covers customer service conversations, account communications, order updates and shipment notifications related to your requests and purchases. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your consent
We require your permission for the specific message types before sending texts. Giving us a phone number, submitting a general contact form, creating an account or buying a product does not by itself enroll you. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
Permission for service and order texts does not include promotional or marketing texts. Those messages require separate consent. These terms do not enroll you or change any existing messaging preferences.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your conversations, account activity and orders; there is no fixed number of messages per month. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Ask your wireless provider about your plan and charges.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to a message from this program to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out; further program texts will stop. You may also request removal by emailing info@randomproductsinc.com or calling 216-986-1766. Receiving texts again requires renewed consent.

Reply HELP to a program message for assistance, email info@randomproductsinc.com, or call 216-986-1766. The listed phone number is our customer support voice line; use the sender of your program message for text replies.
Delivery and your mobile number
Text delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service or a guaranteed method for urgent order changes; call us for time-sensitive assistance.
Only provide a number you are authorized to use. If your number changes or you give it up, contact us to update your preferences before someone else receives your messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date here. A change to these terms does not expand the message types you agreed to receive. Any additional consent required for a different program will be requested separately.
