Gold Paper Discs

Gold paper – Aluminum oxide “DA” paper for use in automotive body shops, cabinet and wood shops, as well as metal fabrication. These special non-loading discs wear extremely well on wood, lacquers, body filler and primer. Our gold discs provide fast sanding action, excellent finishes and extended disc life.

PSA (stick-on) with Pull-Tab

Individually die cut disc with special release paper that covers and protects the glue to ensure that it remains sticky and tacky until it’s ready to use. Pull tab is for quick and easy disc changing.

PSA Disc Rolls

Gold paper discs continuously linked together with a perforated edge. Simply tear a round disc from the roll, apply to the backup pad and start sanding.

“Hook & Loop” Discs

Quick disc changing, reusable, cushion support for a better finish.

Film Backed Sanding DISCS

Super premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain is coated to a film backing, rather than paper or cloth. The film backing will not tear or crease like paper discs. A special non-loading top coat keeps the discs free sanding and helps prevent loading and clogging. Film Sanding Discs are available with PSA or Hook & Loop systems.

PSA

Individually die cut discs with full release paper to protect the PSA coating. Pull-tab feature enables discs to be changed quickly thus reducing operator downtime.

Hook and Loop

A special cushioned sanding system that sands cooler and provides a better finish. Easy and quick.

PSA CLOTH DISCS

ALUMINUM OXIDE RESIN BOND CLOTH

Aluminum Oxide Resin Bond Cloth that is versatile for metal, plastic and woodworking applications. Our advanced “Hot Melt” PSA Coating System enables the disc to operate at high speeds and resist high temperatures for maximum performance without flying off. They are more economical than expensive mechanical lock-on discs and provide a longer shelf life than conventional self-adhesive discs.

PULL TABS are standard with 5" and 6" diameter discs.

“HIGH PERFORMANCE” ALUMINA ZIRCONIA POLYESTER CLOTH DISCS

Aggressive Cutting Action, Heavy and Fast Stock Removal and Long Disc Life are the main characteristics of this product. The self sharpening zirconia grain is coated to a heavy duty polyester cloth backing. For serious “hogging” of most types of material. Excellent on stainless steel. Other sizes available upon request.
